Holland Enterprises Unfair treatment, cohersion Mapleton North Dakota

Got into an accident due to inclement weather, and road conditions. No injuries involved and the equipment was not damaged. They made me stay in truck for several days afterwards, no motel offered, and no mechanic was sent to inspect the truck. I informed them I felt unsafe to drive, so they did nothing to help me. Several days later, they forced me to drive when I was still very uncomfortable.

I was under guaranteed pay of 1200.00 per week for 1st 4 weeks, whether ran or not, they told me I refused to drive or take a load, bullsh*t there, I was not offered a load at all till 1 week later, so they in return paid me 200.00 and informed me not to call in anymore, so I was never informed of termination. But was told I was not cut out to drive truck because of the emotional stress from accident, because I would not drive, they said any other driver would have sucked it up.

Then they brought me into Fargo, ND. Just to have me find my own way home to Tennessee. On top of that, they withheld funds and was informed I will not receive those funds back. To get home I had to fund my way home. This company is NOT driver friendly!!!! Stay away as far as you can. I am in the process of seeking legal counsel.
