We purchased a car on 8/12/08. The car could not make it to my driveway. Bellowing smoke coming from the engine. I called them back 20 mins after leaving to notify them. They said i would get a call in the am which i did not. I called back in the afternoon only to speak to the nasty "president". I told him i took the car to Goodyear since he said we could take the car to any dealer effective day one. He said I shouldn't have done that. I should have spoken to him first. I explained that i tried to. He said" well a warranty is like health insurance, if they don't think you need it they won't pay". I told him the car is there so let them check and see. The next day Goodyear said the motor gasket was blow and the engine was shot. When I told Zach "the president" he became very irate and said to send him the diagnostics. Goodyear sent it to the fax number on the card which was not working. He gave me another and it was sent. (3 times) He still denies getting it. After Goodyear got in touch with the warranty company they said they have no contract on my car or me in underwriting. I called the company again Mr. Zachary Kessler began cursing and stated that if I came there he would bust our heads open. I called the police and they came to the shop. He was nasty and rude to them. At this point I do not have a working car and no warranty as promised.
