My mother had contacted Hollywood Discount Pharmacy for a prescription after she left the hospital today on 8-14-15. She was in the hospital for almost a week with very bad symptoms, such as: fever of 104, severe nausea, etc. Upon arrival to Hollywood Discount Pharmacy, I entered and proceeded to stand in line. Joe, whom I believe to be the manager was standing close by. My mother had spoke with Joe directly upon leaving the hospital today. I tried to politely greet joe and say I'm the son of the woman you just spoke to, here to help her and grab her medications. He walks away and does not answer. Around 5 minutes elapsed and Joe turned around and stated, "I saw you" with an extremely bitter tone and demeanor. I figured perhaps joe was having a bad day. I tried speaking with the owner of the premises, Charlie. He responds by threatening me and asking if I wanted immediate action, whatever that means? We have been customers of Hollywood Discount Pharmacy for decades and this is the treatment they give to an elderly and very sick client. Avoid them at all costs! I wouldn't go back to this pharmacy if they were the last pharmacy on earth. F Rating all the way! Just bad people..

So based on what you wrote, you have been going here for not just years but decades. Yet there is a single incident of you saying that they are rude and all of the sudden this is the worst pharmacy on earth and you wouldn't go there if they were the last one?
Yea...you are leaving quite a bit out.
Why? Because if this one incident ticked you off so much to write this report, they must have bent over backwards and rolled out the red carpet for you every time you went there in the past. Because if they didn't you would have been gone a long time ago. Oh and you can't say that this happens every time you go there, because you didn't mention it in the beginning and gave no indication this was the case. So any thing like adding that now just brings even more suspicion on your post.
Perhaps you were the one with the "bitter tone", thinking that you needed to be helped right away. After all your mother called in ahead of time and she just got out of the hospital. In your mind basically saying "screw you" to anyone else in the pharmacy who may need help as well.
I am really curious what were the exact words the owner used when he threatened you? Because to 99% of the people "Immediate Action" would mean that you want to be helped right then and there...hardly a "threat".
By the way if your mom was still "very sick" she wouldn't have been released from the hospital.
