I want the world to know what kind of unscrupulous people run Hollywood Forever. The Cassity family owns the ForeverNetwork, which operates cemetaries across the USA.
James Douglas Cassity, the patriarch of the family, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in a massive Ponzi scheme, which raked in hundreds of millions of dollars. His son, Brent, was sentenced to 5 years for his role in the fraud.

The elder Cassity was already a disbarred lawyer and a felon, resulting from an earlier failed investment scheme in the 1970's. Guess some people never learn.

Obviously, that rebuttal does not go with that report. One of the geniuses at Ripoff Report made a mistake.
I pointed this out to Ripoff Report staff, but now they "can't" remove it because of their no editing policy.
I know the error was on their end, not mine, because the auto-generated e-mail has the correct link.
Real smart, guys. It would help if they bothered to proof-read stuff before posting it.

Not at all surprised to hear they hide Yelp reviews.
Brennan Law Firm is in cahoots with Lotus Property Services, and Lotus does the exact same thing. Same crooked, underhanded business tactics. The two companies probably exchange tips on how to scam and screw tenants over.
Years ago, Brennan Law Firm tried to intimidate me by flooding my mailbox with empty legal threats. Their dozen letters might have actually meant something if they had my correct information. Their incompetence is laughable.
To Mr. Brennan: Don't waste your energy trying to guess who I am, because you clearly don't know your knee from your elbow.
