I got a mediator involved and she still did not comply On June 19th she agreed to send me a new bag and deposit the additional money owed into my account but still has not to receive anything this has been going on for 3 months now I'm tired of this lady I have a newborn daughter and this is so unfair that she would steal She stole 3,350 that I purchasedo for a chanel Bag. In April of 2015 I sent 1650 to Ms Hodges account on April 28 I and Ms Hodges agreed that I could send the remaining payment of what was due which was another 1650, but because my birthday was April 30th I asked Ms Hodges if i could have the chanel bag overnights in the amount of an extra 50 dollars so in total that day I sent her 1700. When April 29 th came I hadn't received my bag so I contacted Ms hodges after being sent to voicemail over and over again she finally sent a text stating she was in a meeting and would call me in 5 mins . She did not call me I had to call her when she finally answered telling me that it was the sellers job to ship it out and that she has not got back in contact with her I was pisssed being that I was leaving to celebrate my 24th birthday in Miami.  In April of 2015 I went Ms. Dejanique Hodges Instagram page name Hollywoodglamconsignment. I sent Ms hodges the first payment for the chanel boy Hansbag which was 1650 and because it was a payment plan for the bag I would have to send the remaining 1650 in 2 weeks. My birthday was April 30th 2015 and I contacted ms hodges to see if it would be okay if I purchased the bag before the 2 weeks she assured me that that would be okay so on April 28th 2015 I asked ms hodges if I could have the bag sent over night she assured me that this would be fine and that it would be an extra 50$ so I sent her a total of 1700 that day On April 29th I had not received my handbag so I contacted ms hodges after constantly being sent to voicemail she finally text me stating that she would call me in 5 min she never called me back so after calling her again she finally answered and said that it was the sellers job to ship the handbag and that she was trying to see what was going on. After I arrived in Miami for my birthday the next day distraught and infuriated I texted ma hodges to see what was going on she came up with a lie that the sellers father had died and that the seller would be out of the country so ma hodges agreed to send me another bag but I didn't like the bag so I asked ms hodges if my money could be refunded and she agreed to refund my money and asked me to send my bank info for a wire transfer. Unfortunately she never has I have been back in forth with this con-artist after sending her emails claiming the 3,350$ dollars that she agreed to wire me I even got a mediator involved on June 12th and she refused to respond to me and him. I sent Ms hodges another email on June 17th explaining that this was a huge inconvenience and stated the nature of why I was emailing her again on June 18th she responded and asked me what bag I wanted and agreed to send me a new bag On June 19th we agreed for her to send out the new bag and that the remaining of the money owed to me would be wire transferred into my account as everything else was done unfortunately I haven't received anything and today July 7th I messaged her but she has yet to respond This is such bull and this really angers me that she would steal from me I have a newborn baby and everything I just want justice to be served to this lady it just isn't right
