Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers is a school based on getting students enrolled and getting paid. The instructors are washed up in the industry and some have issues with speaking English! The students are bulied and if you don't smile and kiss the behind of the director ( who has no college degree)

you will be fired . Holli Droke is a fraud she has no idea how to run a school of this typsedge has no cosmetology background and depends on one of the teachers to tell her how to run the school . All if the administration staff are her friends she grew up with them in New York and she makes sure she surrounds herself with people who will only take her side. The school is very racist against anyone who is not Latin or spanish speaking, the atmosphere is currput and the staff engages in workplace mobbing singling out the person who is different and bullying them . An employee was bullied by another teacher falsifying her time card and then having Holli who has no mind of her own actually fire the employee with no pay stating that even though they had worked the previous ks they where not to be paid !!!!!

Not only is this illegal but it's cruel . Holli Droke refused to return the license of this person until they called the owner. The staff is even now slandering this person in hopes of blacklisting them from working in the industry. Stay away from this school it is not what it claims a d the staff is incompetent and uneducated. The director is a liar and unprofessional and only cares about taking federal funds from the government to make money for the owners and fleecing the low income cash paying students who are getting sub par education from a sub standard schook Ethan hides behind shiny brand names and propaganda to pretend its a upstanding business.
