Hollywood kia sevice center jumbo kia service center Misleading rude Hollywood Florida

 Hello I purchase a brand new Kia optima in july 2011. About a year later my battery die. I took my car to the service center in Coral Springs and they replaced it. Around that time I also saw the slippery when wet light come on and hear this strange noise in the front of my car. I hit the off button and the noise will stop and my car will began to catch track shon. I took my car to Hollywood kia service center. They told me they could not find anything. They was very rude...I left and the problem continue not wanting to go back to that kia service center because of the rude people work there. About a year or so later the problem got bad.. I took my car back they said the warranty is up and it nothing they can do unless they charge me. I tryed to explain to them that this problem accured before the warranty was up and they said it was nothing. They look into there computer and said they can not remember me coming by. This really piss me off. I am working hard and paying for this car and they do not want to give me any services. I left very displeased and angry. The other day I was at the gas station and my car would not start. I asked this guy to jump the car off and it started and i made it home. But the car would not start later. Mid you I have all ready went through 2 batterys and only had this car for 2 yrs and a few months. So here is the third battery. I took my car the next morning to Kia service center in Hollywood Jumbo, the guy came out and ask me whats wrong I explain to him the problem and then he said looking at my mileage you know your warranty is up. Not being concern what I was saying. Then he said come in, I explain to him again, than he said It will be 80.00 dollar to put my car on the machine for a dignotate. I asked him for my keys back. You going to charge me 80.00 dollar for checking my car. Then charge me for labor another 100.00 dollar and maybe 160.00 or more for my battery. Thats bull crap and I left. I went somewhere else. They check my battery and it had a die cell. I replaced the battery for 140.00 dollar and 20.00 install. Kia Jumbo in Hollywood I will never go by that place. They do not care about customers at all... You can pickup on there fake attiude before they get to the car.. I will take to my legal advisor. This place is piss poor wrong.
