Hollywood Moving and Storage Horrible serivce, extremly unorganized, wont be in busimess much longer. Canogo Park California

 Messed up delivery dates I called hollywood moving and storage 15 days prior to when I needed my things to be delivered (oct. 2nd). They told me great and would call me back to schedule a time. I did not hear from them so I called them on the oct 1st (recorded both calls). He said that the 2nd was now marked as earleist delivery date but its actually going to be an additional 2 - 10 business days until I get my things delivered. The guys name is Bobby Williams and I belive he is the GM sonce 2011 (crazy to believe, he must be good friends with the business owner because he is just awful). I told him I needed a date and time, and he refused to give me one. I could of had my things delivered before the 2nd but they never called as they were supposed to. Bobby was very rude and condescening like he enjoyed hearing my pain. he did not twll me when I will recieve a call, he still didnt give me a date. he just kept trying to teach me about logistics and not own up to the ball he dropped. this happened at pick up time as well, they never gave me a call back so I would have to call right before pickup to ensure they were there on time. Also during pickup, the employees said they want to work very slow because they get paid by the hour. I said whatever thats fine I got all day.
