Hollywood Motors - Ride Motors Ripoff Cruel with Deceptive Practices All Pre Meditated Hollywood Florida

I purchased an automobile from this Dealer, and was 13 days late on a payment. (I was out ill due to passing a kidney stone) I paid him the very next day (Cost me 1200.00) and less than 2 weeks later he repossesse me again! Stating I have no License or Insurance.

My lic was out of state, so I immediately go and get Florida Lic. the next business day, my Insurance was in place yet he has taken my car. He has refused to speak with me. Had one of his yes boys give me notice of intent to dispose of my car and will not give it back to me unless I pay him Approximately 7800.00 the car was priced at 9995.00 I gave him a trade in of 1500 down payment of 2500.00 cash and have paid 300.00 per month for the last 5 moths ($2900.00) I offered to buy out the car and ssek a loan thru my bank. He got offended because of this and has stolen my car under these tecnical terms.

He is a scheming con artist and buyers beware!!!!!! I am going to fight this is court, yes I want everyone to know what a theif he really is! How he will set up terms and conditions to suit him, and when he wants to pull out he uses his terms to do so. He is not to be trusted. Buyers Please Beware. Don't let the need to have a nice vehicle blind you to the fact that you could be dealing with a shark!!!
