Hollywood Pasta Company Chef Kurt Ehrlich Worked DAYS, WEEKS, MONTHS & didnt get paid BOUNCED CHECKS!!!! Burbank, California

I worked with "Chef" Kurt & his wife "Chef" Joanne for about two months and almost immediately noticed all his bs! To start off the way they treat there employees is horrible. They don't provide there employees with breaks.  The person that takes it over the top is his wife. I never understood what her purpose at the restaurant was. All she did the entire day was drink beer, smoke cigarettes with the other two chefs, and talk sh*t to all the girls that worked as servers. There wasn't a server there that wasn't called a b*tch behind their back by "Chef" Joanne. 

"Chef" Kurt is so full of himself. He claims to be a "Celebrity Gourmet Chef" but cant even pay his employees. Overtime pay doesn't even exist to this man. He makes all his new employees fill out this bullsh*t application stating that everyone gets paid the 5th and the 20th of the month, when that is FAR from the truth. You will be lucky if you even get a check from him. If it were up to him, he would never pay his employees. The only way you will see a check is if you CONSTANTLY ask him for it. When he finally decides to pay you, its never for the full amount that he owes you. To make things worse he dates his checks to a MUCH later day of the month so you can't immediately cash it. When the day finally arrives to do something with the check, it BOUNCES! This didn't just happen to me it has happened to over 50+ servers that have worked for him.

Everything about his business is a rip off, especially his food. He claims that ALL his food is authentic but thats FAR from true. His food is either prepackaged and frozen or store bought, this includes his desserts. All made from store bought cake mixes or sometimes bought already made from a local bakery. 

Chef Kurt and everything related to the hollywood pasta company is a complete RIP OFF so please beware!
