Boogie Down had our day in court with Derek Dause. Court ordered to pay balance due + all court costs and then some! Come day to pay up, he paid all but $500.00. He still owes balance one year later. We have been notified by several other vendors he is still collecting money for wedding shows that either don't exist or have been cancelled. He keeps their deposits and makes excuses for not returning them. BEWARE He is now using the name NEW BEGINNINGS WEDDING EXPOS. Do not give him money! He is a liar and a scam artist. We were forced to hire a private investigator to serve him court papers. He hides and avoids phone and e-mail contact. He is still scamming the entire western slope. Beware.
