Hollywoodauditions.com, Jack Ryan, Nicci Olds Scam, NO refund, Hollywood California

I am an aspiring actress trying my best to find auditions online. When Hollywood auditions called me I was really excited. Jack Ryan, the first rep I spoke with, said I had a "girl next door" look and had a great voice for voice overs. He seemed sincere in his delivery and I believed it when he said that to maintain my online portfolio, along with creating in the first place, a fee would have to be charged. I faltered at first but he told me it was a limited time offer and I fell for it. Shortly after that I decided I wanted to cancel. I called, emailed and called again, telling Jack that I did not want the membership. It hadn't yet been charged to my account so I hoped I had time.

Well he never called me back, in fact I have yet to hear from him again. i finally caled customer service and they immediately connected me to "Senior Marketing director" Nicci Olds. She told me that the fee wasn't refundable and she would handle my account in order to promise its integrity and steadfastness. This was last wednesday 11/14/07. It is now Monday the 19th and I have yet to receive any login info or anything to show for the fee I paid.

I feel like an idiot and wish I found this in time. Is it too late to get my refund?
