Hollywood/Shawnee Apartments Hollywood West Apartments Falsified eviction and rental amount fraud Atlanta GA

In 2010 I moved into Hollywood/Shawnee Apartment which are income based I stayed in two separate units between 2010-2016. While staying there I had numerous of jobs so I made sure I gave my property manager at the time which was itenza hardy my paper work then after she would call me to give me a new rental price due to my change in pay.

In 2016 Ms hardy quit or got fired we never got the full statement. My last rental price was $363 if not mistaking. The whole 6 years I stayed in these apartments I was never told that I didn’t qualify for subsidized rent. Never! Come time to renew in February 2016 a new property manager arrived and stated that my paperwork was never filed and I owed $8000 in back pay. (So you tell me I owe this amount and never received documents nor was I evicted for that large amount.)

In March of 2016 I moved because the paper I was given stated that I would have to pay full rent which was $939 I believe and they was worth that price so I moved. I gave the notice of intent to vacant and my keys. I returned a month later to see if I would get a deposit and proceeded to ask about the $8000 and the new property manager (another one different from the first) stated she didn’t see anything but she would call me once she went over my file within a couple of weeks.

A couple of weeks came and she did call to state that I didn’t have a balance owed. I contacted the courts to see if I had an eviction just to make sure and my name was clear. (I was never given any paperwork other than the new rental price. I never signed anything). Fast forward to June 2018. I went to apply for a home and I was denied because they stated my rental history states I owe $8000. How? My current resident never stated such and I have been staying here 2 years now.

I just need information because I can’t get in contact with no one. I have emailed hj Russell whom own the apartments but they haven’t contacted me yet. I need this falsified information off my name because I was suppose to move June 30th now i can’t because of this. This is really an inconvenience
