Holtorf Medical group Pasadena medical rip off pasadena, California

I heard of Holtorf Medical Group on TV and thought they could help my thyroid condition. They was very happy they opened an office in June and I was very excited to get a different opinion from an expert.

 I had my first appointment in July 2011 and I meet with Dr Chris Sterrett who I paid $400 to meet with. He seemed genuinely concerned about me. I met with him for about 3 hours where he told me to lower my does of thyroid medication. He gave me a prescription of blood work to see what allergies or what not was could be wrong. They give all herbal medications for sleep, stress powder, protein powders, etc.. I paid over a $1400 in products. I looked into the medications and they were medication I could by at Gelsons or Whole Foods. I looked at my bill and they added products that I did not even purchase.

I wanted to return some of the products I purchased and show them I never received the products on the list. They said I did. They said I could return the some of them but I was not going to get the money back on the ones I never purchased. They insisted I purchased them and said they had it on Camera.

I said I was putting a hold on my credit card and would like to see this tape. They said they were going to file charges if I did not pay. I said I wanted to return some of the products I did get but I was not going to pay for the ones they added on that I did not receive. They called and harassed me and had the police department call me from there off saying that I had to pay them for all the products.

The police officer called me from there office and then called me from a private cell phone number.  I went back in to confront them and the Dr ignored me and I was able to return the products I did not want but still would not take off the ones that I never received.

I never felt better they lied and then the doctor treated me like I did not exists. 

They are frauds and want to just sell you over priced products and did not really care about our well being in the end. My credit card company refunded me the money they would not on the products they said I purchased.

The whole situation made me worse.
