Home 4 Lease Horrible Management and Customer Service and LACK of help if maintenance issue occurs!! Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Ray Callicott and John Terrell the owners of Homes 4 Lease were extremely difficult to deal in the process of getting issues resolved with maintenance and repair of my home.One made a promise and the other would fail to keep it.

These issues occured multiple times over the course of several years, until it finally resulted in me breaking my lease and reaching out to an attorney to resolve the issue.

On the last maintnance issue a plumber eventually came out to the house after not having the use of showers, sinks, dishwasher, or washing machine for an entire weekend. He proceeded to walk through the house with human excrement on his boots and soiled the carpet. The owners of Homes 4 Lease even after pictures were submitted remained unsympathetic to the situation and made a comment during us trying to resolve the situation of "you are no different than anyone else".

A few of the other staff were kind and helpful, but the management made the experience a nightmare by the end. My suggestion is to steer clear of this company if possible!!! 

There are plenty of property management comapnies out there that still take care of their tenants, so PLEASE do not settle with this one!
