We thought by getting a management company we could be helped with our rental properties. This company told us one thing For this fee $495 year, and $75 an month they would manage our properties. We had a tenant that didn't pay his rent on time and was evicted, but not by the management company we hired, we had to do it ourselves. This company is all about getting your money and they not performing the duties of a management company. We fired them for one of our properties over a year ago and just this past week we received an invoice on the property that haven't managed for a whole year.
They are really screwed up. They run their business on confusion, just about the time you figured out what they are doing they change their software again. You have to prove that they owe you money. Right now they owe us $1440 and they say they don't owe anything to us. We are currently filing a complaint with Department of Real Estate in Arizona, as is about 10 other clients of their. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you can do it yourself.
