We called Home Comfort Experts on Dec. 17 because our furnace was not heating properly. He came out, said the line was plugged up to drain off the water from the gas, charged us 178.00 and broke our screen door handle as he was leaving.

Less than one month later our heat is not working again, when I called I am told they can't come out till tomorrow - its 10 degrees outside, bur we are not a member so they service their members first. It's another 187.00 to become a member.

We have to pay another 89.00 for the service call and if it's the same problem, the service man will determine if he can refund the fee.

They don't guarantee their work and their workmanship was shoddy.

I would not recommend them to anyone.
