I went into the Home Decor Liquidators#21 and found a really nice bed. The sales person was told us that they use a company called why not lease to purchase the furniture. I filled in the informatin and was approved, once we did that he told me I need to pay with a credit card, I said I had cash. So my friend let me use his card, the salesperson then said that he called would not be used just call the company and give them my checking account and it would be ok. So that is what I did. He also explained that after 6 months of payment the bill would be paid in full or I could call them and get a buy out before then. Now everything was fine until my banking account got hacked. My bank told me the all the accounts that I had auto debit would be transferred over. Why not lease did not get transfered over, but I did not no that. So they called me saying that they did  not get a payment so I gave them a new card to use. Now this is where is gets interesting, yesterday November 10, 2013 me and my buddy was talking and he was like my account keeps getting charged $27.34. So he calls his bank and they tell him WHY NOT LEASE has been debiting his account since August 2013. I am like why are they taking money form your account. So I call them ask them what is going on and this is what they told me today 11/11/2013. That they could not get the money off my card and since that card was used they started charging his card. I was like that is faurd and they were not authorized to use his card for payment. Long story short this is where I found out that what the salesperson in Home Decor had lied to me and I was in a lease program. and I was supposed to call them after I made 5 payments to get my pay out. So I purchased $300.00 worth of merchanside in May 2013 and they have charged me $420.00 and now is telling me if I want to buy out the lease I will need to give them another $175.00 to get out of the lease, now I have the paper work, but going on what the salesperson explained to me I never really read it because I took his word. So now we have to dispute the charge on my buddies card for him to get his money back. it is a real mess and they are not willing to work or discuss the matter. Never will use them or recommend them to any one.
