Dear Home Depot.ca online 

I'm not sure what planet your from but its out right false advertising to list items online for sale. Then to list the availability as in store only. ??? Then in story price is 25-30.00 more ????
And I confirmed this with the customer service person that they never had it available online to purchase.

So I go down to the store and the item listed online is 9.58 is now 37.95 dollars !!!!!

I called customer service at homedepot.ca and they inform me it says Price and availability may vary by store.

My reply is that its a outright criminal, deceptive and false advertising to list items for sale online. Then have no way to purchase it online or to say sold out or zero stock. When it has never been available to purchase online ever

Which then I searched a number of items and they are all the same. Say on sale but listed as in story only. Then in store the price isn't onsale.

Very deceptive techniques  buyer beware

Comerco Serviews Inc. In conjunction with Home Depot Canada At the encouragement of Home Depot, I purchased an extended warranty on a Maytag Bravo Washer. Washer is now making extremely loud noises. Was fixed once by technician in May after three appointments and the wrong part being ordered. Washer now makes louder noises than before. Asked that Comerco come again and repair machine properly. Requested that they send a different technician. Set up appointment to send same person who asked exactly the same questions as before. I hired an independent and certified Maytag repairman who told me the machine is not worth fixing - it will be far too expensive as you need to take it entirely apart to get at the bearing. My warranty clearly states if it is not fixable, they will replace it. Their website boasts that they are fully insured and if they cannot fix it, they will replace it. Since I have refused to have the same technician, they are now ignoring me. Laval, Quebec Nationwide
