We bought VIKING cooktop & venthood from Home Depot Expo Design Center on Oct 2002 and paid them to install it in our house, the day it was installed it did not work I informed them that unit does not work they assigned a repair company to fix the unit this commpany came out to fix the unit twice but could not fix it.

I called the Expo design center that unit still does not work' they sent a defferent repair company to fix the problem now this company came out three to four diffrent time but could fix the problem.

Home Depot Expo Design center is fully aware of the situation that they have sold me a deffective appliance as it did not work the day it was installed by them, and its been four months now the cooktop & venthood as well does not work every time I call them or their corporate office in Atlanta GA I get a run around .

We have spend arond $4000 dollars to get this unit from them and as of today we are unable to use it.I beleave Home Depot should replace this deffective unit or give me my money back.
