Online order for the "Deal of the Day" showerhead for $49. When I got the part when I needed to enter my Credit Card # the price was $135.00. Went to chat with Casey who said the price would change when completed the entry and submitted the order. Did that and the price did not change.
Went back to chat only to find the chat is off line.This was at 10:35 AM.
Waited till 2:PM to see if my credit card had been charged. Sure enough $135.00 + tax.
Called 1-800 customer service and asked for order to be cancelled. Customer service said the order was cancelled. That took 14 minutes.
Was offered $15 HD gift card which I refused but they insited to send it email. Two days later i receive a shipment confirmation and yes the price is still $135.00 and my credit card still says $135.00. Now I will need to drive 15 miles to return this so-called "Deal of the Day" whuich turned out to be the "Ordeal fo the Day". And no gift card which I did not want anyway.
