Home Depot REad fine print or you WILL lose money Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I went to HOME Depot inquired about a floor heating product. I was incouraged to "special order " all items. The store had 2 items in stock but I needed a larger area covered and needed to have a bigger box that was not in the store. Nor did Home Depot try its other store to see if item was available.   I WAS NOT TOLD these items ordered if returned would cost me a 15% restocking fee.  The total cost of items was $1374.97, I was charged $196.88 re stocking fee. A huge loss for me.  I was very upset and said that I would send bk by UPS (cost $75.00) But was told that HOME Depot would NOT recredit card. These items in my mind were not a special order as it is a regular stock item and there was no special cutting or alterations.
