I ordered a GE Stainless steel microwave which I paid extra for since it was stainless steel.  When it arrived the only part that was stainless steel was 2 strips on the front door.  The rest is black (top and sides).  It sticks out like a sore thumb.  When it states stainless steel that is what you expect.  There were no photos of the top or sides. 

My neighbor has a stainless steel microwave and it has stainless not only on the front but on top and sides.  I just bought a stainless steel fridge which also is completely stainless steel.  Had there been photos of top and sides I would never of ordered this and instead would have ordered a white one or found another model that would be stainless steel. 

I called this company and to return it they want to charge me a 20% restock fee.  I told them they should take care of this for me and I should not have to pay for their web site advertising omission of important information.  They refused to do anything.
