Home First Insurance Company Home was damage by several wind stroms 5/08 file a claim which was denied. Been insured since 94.All the other homes file claims with there insurace company and weren't denied. Maryville Tennessee

I'll had this insurance policy since 1994 never had any major claims,can't understand why the denial of my claim for windstrom damages.The inspector came out inspected the home said all the rooms were leaking except

2. The home wasn't leaking until the windstroms occur. This is one of the reason consumers pay for home owner insurance so if something of this nature happens the insurance helps with the cost of repairs.

The cost to replaced our roof is 2,560.00 which we didn't have...and to think of all the money we've been paying them since 1994 and our claim was denied.I ask them to send another inspector out,they decline. Our home is in good conditions,we take pride in the up keep of our home. Not one strom but two stroms came through our city and other cities near by and cause a lot of damage. My neighbors insurance companies acknowledge there claims ,when our were denied by Home First Insurance. We really need this reviewed and somthing done about our claim being denied.

I was told the damages came from wear and tear,if so my home wasn't leaking and shingels weren't missing until the stroms came through and aggavated it.Therefore we think we'er entitle to something from the claims that was made to Home First Unsurance.It was and act of nature our policy covered windstroms.
