My husband and I wanted to refi are home. Homes Funds Direct was the company that contacted us. We talked to Jacob Camboia. He received all of the information he needed from us. We called Jacob two weeks later and were told that his wife had a baby and he was out of the office. A man named (John) no last name and told us he was Jacob's manger gave us some figures that did not sound correct so we said there must be a mistake he said he would call that night because we were at work.

He did not call that night or the next. We called trying to talk to Jacob to get some answers. A lady by the name Pam Anderson called to give us the figures that Jacob's manger gave us before we signed the loan documents. I explained to Pam that the figures she had was not right she put me on hold several times as she talked to her manger.

We agreed upon a figure, it was not the figure Jacob Camboia had given us but it was better then the figures before. We were suppose to sign docs that night. Pam Anderson gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her if I come up with any problems and that she was going to keep our file on her desk until the end because Jacob did not know enough then she said he is a nice guy.

When I discovered something wrong with figures! I called to talk to Pam. She put me on hold and Jacob came to the phone and asked me what I needed. I informed him that the figures were off; he gave me an excuse and brushed me off.

So I called back to try and speak to Pam again. She put me on hold again! Jacob came to the phone and informed me that I could not talk to Pam anymore because she was doing him a favor and that she has gone as far as she can go! This was after the docs were signed, I asked Jacob to talk to a manger he said ok.

I am still waiting on that call!
