HOME GALLERY -- NO SHAME IN STEALING FROM HONEST PEOPLE! Home Gallery delivered broken furniture and charged us for a warranty they won't honor... Palmdale,Victorville California

We are very lucky that we are not out thousands like many others. However, we ordered a couch which was delivered broken. When we realized what was wrong and called to use the 5 year warranty we purchased...Home Gallery in Victorville was closed and they told me to call Palmdale, which was suppose to be handling their issues.

So, I called Palmdale and they told me to call Guardsman which isn't for BROKEN furniture...they handle stains,etc. I called back Monday to find out that Palmdale was now out of business.

What do we do now? We are using a broken couch and paid for a warranty we can't use. . . why are the furniture stores allowed to RIP_OFF the customer, but the courts order them to pay the insured businesses in full when filing bankruptcy?

Where is Boogie from CBS channel 2 news when you need him???
** The Better Business Bureau is CORRUPT....we have been mislead by them many times. They should be held accountable too!

PS We are in the same condition as others with Home Gallery, but with Levitz and their BK. We were told that when they do settle that we would only get pennies on the dollar for what we should be given. I think that these owners should have to sell their homes, cars,and first born (not really on the kid) in order to pay the consumer. They should also learn what it is like to live in the poverty income level for the rest of their lives. IF this doesn't happen...at least they will have to answer to a HIGHER power in the end..and from what the Bible says, it won't be pretty. Steve Moniz- you need to make it right with the consumers NOW, or it will be to late.
