Home In Profit Kit HomeBiz Unauthorized charge to my account for $139.99 Cape Coral , Florida

I visited the company's website at the invitation of a person who I thought was a friend of my daughter.  I authorized a $2.99 charge in order to access the information but passed on all the sales pitches to upgrade.  I left the sight and when I returned I was advised that I was not registered and needed to pay $2.99.  Assumed it was a ripoff and forgot about it.

Two days later I received a call from the fraud department of my credit card checking on other charges.  While reviewing I noted the $2.99 charge plus a $139.99 charge from a company called NetBiz.  Since I had never heard of this company I called the 877 number and was advised that I had indeed authorized the charge but Kalvin would credit my account. 

Seeking more information, I was informed that NetBiz was associated with HomeBiz.  I explained that I never authorized a $139.99 charge and asked for an immediate credit.  Two weeks later I have not received a credit.

After filing complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office I received a call from the real NetBiz, Inc. in OR.  They explained that HomeBiz or Home Income Profit Kit was using their name on the credit card billing and legal action was in works.
