HOME INSTEAD SENIOR CARE IN HEMET is perhaps the WORST place for anyone to seek employment.

Anyone can work there.  Pass the drug test?  Yay!  You've got a job.  

The entire business caters to the clients only and not the employees.  As an employee, you can expect to be removed from an assignment if the client wants someone new.

Problem is, as the caregiver, you'll be lied to over and over and over again.  Caregivers are NEVER told why they're replaced.

Many are told they did nothing wrong and can get normal future assignments.

Nope!

I was lied to so may times, I've stopped counting.  The manager Joann is one of the worst liars in that office and Jason does it as well, while looking you straight in the eye.

Jason Baker is the owner and I've come to realize that you shouldn't believe anything he says.  Money is much more important.

This office and business is probably the most disrespectful, unprofessional place I've ever come across in a very long career.

Without ever knowing why you're replaced, the kicker is finally realizing you've been lied to.

I never ever received anymore assignments after that and was made to feel like a common criminal.  Worst part is they claim to be a Chrsitan based business.

You cannot claim to be a Chrstian based business yet lie to employees while looking at them straight in the eyes while doing it.

Many have no idea what they did wrong and if slander from another employee was committted or untruths spoken, you'll never find out and you are never allowed to defend yourself.

Clients are charged thousands of dollars per month at $20 per hour (probably going up soon) with the caregiver only receiving minimum wage.

Sure, you can probably get a raise, but then don't expect the same hours you had.  You'll be taken down so there's no overtime and/or another caregiver will take some of your hours away from you.

Horrible horrible office.  Save yourself the aggravation and get a job somewhere else.
