I have been with this company for a while, and what I can say is that the office staff is horrendous. They protect each other to the fullest, make mistakes constantly but never own up to them. The caregivers mean nothing to them, we are just a tool they use to get more money for themselves. The pay rate is a joke, and the caregivers are unappreciated. Seriously unappreciated. They focus on caregivers mistakes and unless you kiss their butts, they never compliment you. 

I have often wondered if there is a class that most take to become so cold and uncaring. Clients that I have gone to, I would say 9 our of 10 have nothing but complaints about the office. Of course when those concerns are brought to their attention, it is then blamed in someway on the caregivers. Anyone but them.

The owners are great, yet oblivious to the office staffs ways and do not care to hear about it. 

I suggest to any employees reading this, especially an office staff memeber, to think about how you are treating us. Hopefully at some point, someone will see the office staff for what they are and correct it. Hopefully the ofice staff will read this and get themselves together before it is to late. I do not think they realize just how important the jobs are of the caregivers. They deseve respect as well. To many have forgotten what its like to be out there in the field and what a toll it takes on us. Then to be treated disrespectfully by those who are suppose to be our support is a crime.
