Home Network Realty Charges for things they never fixed Killeen Texas

Home Network Realty was a disaster from the beginning. My husband and I read the reivews before we moved in but didn't want to base our decision to move in off of a few people. We were WRONG. The moment we walked in, their were multiple problems. We listed everything that you could think of. First off, we put in a work order for everything to be fixed. It took them a month before getting back to us and they didn't even call us we had to call them to remind them. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they do have other tenants to go to but a month really? No call, nothing. After they came to "fix" the problems the people half did their job. They left holes in the walls, paint on doors that they never covered up and they didn't bother to put a new screen in our window. Additionally, all of the problems we listed were safety hazards not only for my husband and I but for our infant child also. After a year of being with Home Network Realty my husband and I came to the realization that they are the biggest scam artists you can think of. They were unorganized and I guess they thought since we were 21 years old that would be able to take advantage of us. But they will not get away with what they did. This is just a fair warning to anyone looking to lease from them. Don't be stupid and read the reviews and think people are just complaining for nothing. No! They are horrible and if you're still not convince then you might as well be on your P's and Q's and document everything before you move in, because they will try to say all the old problems are new problems and that you were the one that cause it.
