The sale person ot this Company Home Performance Alliance , They go door to door telling. peoples that. give them a oportunity to explain how the Windows that they selling work just for you, they said that you safe money in electricity & you are going to receive. help from the goverment just to put new windows in your house, they also said that the house insurance will. go low and give you a discount, thats a LIE. they told you that cost you only $84 a month, Thats another Lie, they also say I have paid only $100 down, that is another LIE. what they do they make you sign a paper to ck your credit & get a bank to give you credit , I receive about 4 letters from diferents banks & they finally. have one for you. yes but the interest is 26.99% & paid. 5 payments & then the amount change. & change againg, I calculate the price with years I have to paid & the windows came out @$20,000. they make you sign a contract & I say I want to cancel, & Call the Bank & cancel everything, so they call me & tell me that I have a contract & I need to paid the 30% of the cost of the windows because I cancel past 3 days that I have to cancel. 3 days to cancel? and then I found out 3 wks after, what the bank approved, for the window, DONT EVEN OPEN THE DOORS TO THIS PEOPLE., that's how this company make their money, Ripeoff our money.. I received a certified. letter saying that I old them. more than $7,000. because I cancel. after 3 days.
