I had my home security system installed in 2012 but didn't have it monitored until 2016. Now I find out that the glass break sensor constantly false triggers every single time the system is armed, which makes the entire system pretty much useless. Don’t expect much from the contractor as all they want is your money. If you don’t choose to have their company monitor your home, they will refuse to even look at the faulty system they installed. As a company that advertises that they can design the perfect solution for your home, all I can say is they designed one quite the opposite and is far from fitting the "pro" description.
