I have written one of these. I am not sure if I know how to paragraph, but please do not ignore it because of that. I think I did it!!! Ok, To add to my complaint I sent in I think on 21 February. Please consider it and add this to it

I looked up in my mortgage for pre-payment penalty, found that, it is for 5 years. I looked in the section for late fees, and lo and behold I am to be charged .05% or $15.00,which ever is less.

I have paid many a late fee of $25.62. That is a lot of $10.62 that I have paid over. They owe me money.

I just paid my mortgage payment. I sent a copy of the page with the late fee paragraph highlighted. I sent only a $15.00 late fee.

Please read my other complaint,even though I did not paragraph. Probably sent Feb. 21. I have felt cheated and humiliated by these people long enough.
