*I received a letter in the about Government Mortgage Assistance. I was told my a Mr. Owens that he had to see if I qualify for Mortgage Assistance. After giving him my information he said that I did in fact qualify to be refinanced through there program. I then was sent to the office of amy adams who stated they needed to me to fill out this application to receive a refinance option. I filled application out and was told 24 hours later that i was accepted and that my new monthly payment was 875.75. I paid them within 7 days. It took them almost 30 more days to send me my paperwork. I signed paperwork and was told it could take up to four months but I had no need to worry as long as i paid my monthly mortgage. I also was told I was not allowed to contact current Loan Company and that all future Documents where to be faxed or emailed as soon as received. This was in September 2016. I truly believed this was legit. Letters kept coming from my Current Loan company even though I had signed a cease and desist letter. Finally in December after paying Home Resolution Center again, I received a letter from a lawyer saying they are foreclosing on my home. Against what Home Resolution asked I contacted the person in the letter and found out that Home Resoltion center had misinformed me and that things where not fine. They stated Home Resolution Had not contacted them since the initial Start of process. HRC not once informed me that the payment I was making to them was not a mortgage payment but a fee for them represent me as described in contract. After speaking with Pacific Union Financial they stated that they have not received any form of payment from HRC nor have the received a response about my case since October 2016. PUF stated they had sent HRC multiple letters to company requesting documents to proceed with anything. I was never contacted by anyone at HRC about letters or documents pertaining to my mortgage assistance. I just learned this today 1/06/2017. I contacted Amy adams with HRC and asked her why they had not paid anything to PUF when I had been paying them monthly. This is when Mrs Adams first ever tells that I was paying them to represent me and not for Home Loan. From September 2016 I have it in her and Mr Owens words that i was approved for Government Funded Mortgage Assistance and all is well. I take responsibilty for trusting that what they where saying was true. I do not take being Frauded, Miss led or put into a position so they can buy my home cheap. This company has many complaints from back in 2011 of doing this to people. They pull you in as a Government Funded Program and then ignore client and lenders phone calls, emails until foreclosure and then they short sale you out of your home. They start the process and then no one can reach them including the orginal lender. I am sick of people that take advantage of someone who only was losing everything because I broke my entire foot and ankle and had to shut my company down after 13 years in business. I reached out for what was a company stating my years of taxes got me the help i needed when it came. Now my house is in foreclosure and this company got over $3,000 of my dollars and have nothing to say or will not answer my calls or emails. Home Resolution Center has been falsly representing and lieng to their clients that are looking for home mortgage assistance since 2011.

This company tells you that you qualify for assistance and give you a new reduced monthly mortgage payment wired to them. They do not inform you that they pay non of the moeny to help towards yuour home. 

Home Resolution Center then will masteriously not be available after a week or so into business. They intentianly ignore letters, calls and emails from lender client orgianly had. They mislead the client when client ask how the process is. 

Home Resoltion Center does not tell their clients that they have recieved letters from lender and does not say anything about the house going into forclosure. My mortgae company said they did not understand why I was paying money to them and that is when I found out they had never finished anything requested by lender.

Home Resolution Center does this sop they can try and convince Home Owner to Short Sale to them instead of losing home. They never fullfill their job and this is done intintianly to con the homeowner out of there home for cheap while homeowner pays them the money to cheat more people.

I am in the process of bringing HRC and it's 3 employess to court for fraud. I do not want what myself and others are going through becasue of the lies from this company to happen to anyone else.
