The owner of this company is Daniel Dawkins. Stay away from his businesses. He is hard to deal with and left my home in worse condition than before the project was begun. It is a home improvement project that was started in September 2014 and is still unfinished today. Even after I filed a complaint with BBB, he did not finish. He constantly makes excuses as to why the project is unfinished.
I now have to file a complaint with Dept of Consumer Affairs and I may have to take him to small claims court for damages caused to my home. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He may confuse you by giving you lengthy explanations that make no sense. He sent subcontractors to my home that speak no English and have no documented experience. They ruined my balcony. I think he picked them up off the street. Maybe they are illegal residents? Who knows. All I know is that I would not recommend this company to anyone in the world. He boasts about having 15 years experience; doesnt seem like it. I regret hiring this company for home improvement. Don't be fooled like I was! Hire someone else!
If Daniel Dawkins decides to retaliate against the person writing this review, it will be reported to the proper authorities.

The name of the company was assumed based on the website information.
The name Dawkins Development Group was thought to be related as the website links the two together.
A request is being made to clarify this and remove that name if possible.

This information is not true. This person do not have any ties to Dawkins Development Group Inc. Dawkins Development Group Inc. have never done any business with this person and this person cannot show a contract between Dawkins Development Group Inc. We at Dawkins Development Group know why this person put up this fake information and in fact. We are filing suit for this fake information for even being put up. Its not a good look for our brand or future business and its no reason for me to get into many details about this post and clame about the company. This is the first time in fifteen years something like this happen and my partners are moving forward with dealing with this matter. This client had a contract with Home Resource Solution to rebuild a porch that was leeking and the porch has been fixed.
This client also have a water problem with water getting inside the above windows seals and running behind the stucco and leeking from below. This client did not hire Home Resource Solution to repair stucco and that is the problem. Now that porch has been completed. Owner wants money back because he has another problem that he do not want to address and now trying to ack like the porch was done wrong so he dont have to pay. Home Resource Solution have agreed to give owner back money for porch after it was fix just to let client have opportunity to hire a new company so he can find out that his water problem was not the porch and was the windows.
After talking to client and told client that in two weeks check will be cut back to have time to give time to go over all books. Client went out a week later and created this fake report that have now been turned over to our lawyers. Dawkins Development Group Inc. and Home Resource Solution is two different busines and this client is trying to make it look as Dawkins Development Group is part of this problem and DDG never signed any agrements with this person and never done any work. Their is no legal tie between the two companies at all for client to put fake information on this website. To the public that is reading this message. Do your own research and you will not find one other complant about the owner or this company. We do great work and have nothing but the most up most respect from all of over 300 clients from the past fifteen years. Not sure how this review will effect future business but out lawyers will take this matter from here on out.

The correct name for the name of the above business is Home Resource Solutions Incorporated.
However, when nevigating to homeresourcesolutions.com, the website redirects to Dawkins Development Group Incorporated.
