Per my complaint last night I would like to update communication with Greg Feldman of Home Retention Services as of an e-mail this morning from him.  He stated he was home with a 103 fever and could not respond to e-mails or phone calls.  I did state were the other 3 people I tried to contact sick too?  However he did state he would not talk to one of the persons working on my file until I updated the original report. So I'm updating.  He stated I was too harsh at best.  So I will give him the benefit of the doubt.  We will see if I get a refund.  Will keep you all updated.
