Saw their ad online and read thru the whole thing. Good marketing! Considering that they sounded legit, I set up to receive the kit to process surveys from home.
They charged me the 2.95 which I knew they would. A couple of days later I had not received an email confirming so I emailed them back asking them to cancel my order.
Then, they charged my card 39.95. Didn't even know until I got the bill.
The bill only shows a phone number. I called the number and I get a voice mail from someone who sounds really tired (or defeated) to leave her the last 4 digits of my card, my name, email address and number were to reach me.
Well, that is not going to work. I will continue calling the number until I get to talk to someone and get them to process the refund for the entire amount (2.95 + 39.95).
