I signed up for surveys at home. paid $2.95. the quality f the service was not up to par. i requested my money back and to cancel my account. i recieved an email stating that was fine and they refunded my $2.95.on the same day i was charged an unauthorized 39.95.and now the bank says they cant help me cause my paper work i submitted never showed up. so its up to me to get back this unauthorized charge.
