This first started that a tellermaker called me and wanted to sell Pest Control. She said it's $79.99 per month BUT, this month we are running a special that it will only cost $49.99 per three months.

I told her then that I didn't NOT want to sign a CONTRACT. She then told me to not to worrie about it because there will be no need for one. She also said that they will call after the three months and SET up appointment for them to come out to respray-(Pest Control). But, if I didn't want the service I didnt have to pay for the other three months I could just say I no longer want there services. They NEVER called to check to see if we are happy with there services. Which we are NOT.

They came out the first time the bugs never really gone away at all. So why would I want them to come again. I oh them $49.99 for the first 3 months. So why would they still have someone to come out to my house and to respray-(Pest Control) when I still oh them $49.99.

So on 2-9-06 they came out to respray-(Pest Control) and hand my daughter a bill of $129.98 and said we need to pay them. They up the price to $79.99 for every three months now. I called and talk to some lady (She was a real b***h and didnt really care of what I had to say).

I asked to talk to a mgr. He wasn't any better. He told me that I signed a contract. Which I have NOT signed anything. Well come to find out when they came out the first time they had my 17 year old daughter signed the contract and said that I did. My daughters name is Autumn and my name is Peggy.

On the contract was signed by Autumn. I told them everything I just told you all and they still said the contract was signed and they dont care who signed it because they now have a signed contract.(But, the tellermaketer said there would not be a contract for anyone to sign.

I feel they new my daughter was young and made her sign so they could get there money any how they can. This is not fair and I will not let them get away with this at all. I also gone to the B.B.B.(Better Business Bureau). I will do what ever it takes to put a stop to them.You know if I signed then fine. But you have a kid to sign and say I did the signing.

I also wrote a letter saying I no longer want there services any longer. Which I'm sure this will not help at all. They are out for money and thats all.

I hope you all can put a stop to them also. Please let me know what else I can do to these people. Because I will do it.
