This company, its owner will not return your calls, will take your money and leave you with a sub par sound system that is a complete embarrassment to listen to or have guest over and have to listen to.

I have repeatedly called, stopped by their offices and asked what can i do for better quality, there is no solution to be had but go to another company/vendor.

i have waited and waited and asked and asked for help from Precision and its owner Dennis Mills with no much as a care.  i asked please come listen to what you have installed into my home and no response.

I have called in (((competitor's name redacted)))) and they say they have a lot of calls to pick of the peices after this company.  Do yourself a favor and call (((redacted))) first, save a lot of time and money.


sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Just wanted to let everyone know that Ultimate Audio/Video from Denison Texas & Whitesboro, Texas, came in and fixed and completed everything that Dennis Mills and his crew couldn't seem to get right. Not only did they get everything installed and working as it should they installed two TV's for what Dennis Mills wanted to charge for one...

Since the stop payment was issued on the check Dennis has made contact with me in order to get his equipment back. But he continues to make excuses for the poor service. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and in return he made a statement to the BBB  that is nothing more than a  personal attack against me. He has still made no attempt to correct anything. What Dennis Mills doesn't seem to get is that all he would have had to do was to apologize and take reasponsiblity for his company's poor work. I will be seeking legal advice as to what I can do next. This now is no longer about money but is about making the truth known. Dennis Mills displays bible verses on his business cards in order to make potential customers feel that they can trust him to be an honest business man. " Don't Be Fooled By these Tactics".

Don't let his web-site fool you the way I did. He is not a member of the BBB. And when you connect to the BBB through his web-site, The BBB will tell you that...I have tried it...

I have also discovered that he no longer has an office on hwy 380 in Aubrey Texas. It looks like his landlord has kicked him out.. At least according to the notice on the door...

I just attempted to have Precision move a TV from one room to another and place the flat screen on the wall... Big Mistake.
A few months back I stopped by their shop on Hwy 380 because it was near the house, I got a card.
I called them this past friday and spoke with Dennis on Saturday he was going to come out but  never did, he called later that day to late so we decided that he would come out sunday and look  at the job. Sunday a young man name Kenneth shows up and sales me on some extra stuff a (MX-450) anyway we go from a $399 to $750 job... Good salesmen. Job was only suppose to take 3-4 hrs ends up taking 9hrs and nothing works as it suppose to. Dennis and I have only communicated since the first phone call by e-mails. They want to blame Uverse for things not working right. Now I also have to be concerned and have a electrician come out and inspect the electric outlet Kenneth put in because based on the conversation my wife had wife Kenneth said that he didn't go through any training.
Hopefully we will get this worked out, I did place a stop payment on the check until the work is done correctly, or he picks up all this junk that is not doing me anygood..

This is all a lie from a competitor!!!!! We ensure EVERY customer is 100% satisfied no matter the cost...

Thats why we have a 100% rating with the Better Business Bureau

Take the money and Run! No Quality Control

100% satisfaction is a flat out lie.

I called and called, asked for a quality sounding system, asked the owner Dennis Mills to jusp please come listen to what his people had installed, two rinky dink speakers both in the front corner of a 35 x 50 room in the ceiling.  can you imagin how that sounded?

i said i would pay for more speakers they sent out shelf speakers from $700 plus more dollars and mounted them flat against the wall about 20 ft off the walls in the very tall ceilings, at the back of the room.  its like you there is no plan, no quality, no quality control.

i called Best Buy, the geek squad, they came to my home and did an evaluation.  came and yanked out all the speakers Dennis Mills company Precision electronic systems installed and installed speakers that would handle the bass, point the tweeters, etc.

Here is another unquality control, i purchased rock speakers to go around the pool from Precision, they had the wire supposedly hooked up and ready to simply hook up the speakers, your good to go is what i was told.

the wires were not even hooked up, i called Dennis, he said let me send over someone to take care of that and i said no i have had enough, been over charged for sloppy service and will let this new company install the volume control and hook up the rock speakers i had alread paid Precision for.

Geek Squad told me that they do many, many clean up fix its following behind Precisions mess ups.  I trusted them, they took my money and i got a sad, inferior system that i would not even call a sound system, it was a complete embaresment to play it to anyone......much less me have to hear it every day knowing i paid through the nose for this crappy sounding speakers...no one cared, no one.  so if that is 100% satisfaction then sorry, you should put what you put in my home in your home and see if you would put up with it...no way!

This is a malicious Lie obviously from a jealous home theater company. Customer satisfaction is what we are ALL about. If this was creditable they would have went through the BBB I have on my webpage.
