home wealth solutions home website builder $19.97 for a kit...no kit received! No 1-800#s;UK BASED, 3emails for cust.service...no replys! Internet, Internet

They advertise to you that you will receive a kit(CDs/pamphlet?) for $19.97. I got NOTHING! Therefore, right off the bat...I want my card to be credited $19.97...if there is any person with Christian integrity reading this report from Home Wealth Solutions--you may do so now. I would be grateful.

They offer to you the chance to receive infomation from experienced/expert people to help you build your own website. I received, only one time, help to know whether or not to make a website first, or start up a ClickBank account...and their "live chat" person, five minutes later, said build a website. Okay, so I decided to wait for my "kit" before I actually went futher, because I am very orderly and cautious regarding these online businesses.

Now for the horrible downside to their company. After you pay, you will find out:

1) there is no 1-800 number to call for assistance for they are based in the UK(I wonder what time it is in England when I need assistance here on the west coast at 7:00pm?...3:00 in the morning?).

2) You will be bombarded with website activity to get you to upgrade(read: spend more $$).

3) My second try with "live chat" lead me to hang up after 45mins. of waiting! My third try, I received a "could not connect to the website" statement!(or something like that), and my fourth try, I again waited for a few minutes with no one responding(I could tell that it was going nowhere).

I have sent three messages to their support@homewebsitebuilder.com with NO replies(this is the fifth day)...just silence/nothing. They have my home number, too!

Of course, I have asked for my account to be credited $19.97 in the last email...and no response.

So this website offers you a great idea about making money. And, of course, that is the hook.

They just want you to keep going on with them to "try" their steps, but you will get no personal help. And you will be required to pay them $9.95 every month for being a host of their domain(ok, if everything would go smoothly).

Can you do all this "business" with them in your head and imagination and hype with their website steps knowing you will not be helped in a timely manner, or never? If so, go pay them $19.97, you are on your OWN. If not, STAY AWAY!!!

As for me...I want my money back! No kit and no help...customer service is non-existent for me. To me this is enough to receive a refund. Walmart is even easier to get a refund.

May the Good Lord Jesus help me, and others, who have been treated with dereliction.
