Homeannex.com Home Annex Doesn't Stand Behind Their 110% Price Guarantee Internet

I purchased a designer medicine cabinet from HomeAnnex.com in December 2008 or just under $1000.00 and have been trying to get a refund of $165.49 ever since. They post a 110% price guarantee if you find the product for a lesser amount. I sent numerous emails and never got a response. I then sent the 7th email, I believe, and they said the price difference was verified. I still didn't get any refund.

I spoke with customer service 3-4 times on the phone and was told someone would get back to me. It never happened. I then found the item for $246.01 less and sent another email and you guessed it, they didn't get back to me. Finally February 2009 I called again. I was told on the phone that the $165.49 would be refunded to my credit card in 5-7 days, they didn't give any comment on the $246.01.

It has been 2 billing cycles and they still have not refunded any of the money. I have been trying to get through to customer service on the phone but I get the message "due to high call volume, please send an email. I gotta say, I love this site. It feels better just to let people know who the scammers are out there.
