I purchased four drinking glasses and payed by PayPal at the end of September.  Over the ensuing weeks, I received 3 different emails telling me that my items would ship within 3-5 days.  Yesterday, I received an email that said that the PayPal information had expired (because they took so long to fulfill the order) and that they'd send the package once I authorized another payment from PayPal.  When I suggested that I wasn't sure I trusted them, and would authorize PayPal the minute I actually received the glasses, I recevied the following email(s) from Nikki, customer service:  "You got issued (sic) lady! seek medical attention , no one will give you anything for FREE."  Needless to say, I cancelled my order.
