Homebuddy.com Rent to Own Homes. Rent to Own scam Beverly hills, California

I called checking into their services, but all they wanted was my credit card information. They sent me the listing, but I need to pay to see them. When I call that is when I discovered this is basically a property mangement service that has homeoweners that are looking for renters.  They admitted that the rent is supposed to be used as a deposit towards down payment towards the purchase of the house if you qualify for a loan.  They couldn't explain to me what happens if you don't.  I asked what happens if the owner goes into foreclosure himself.  Their website says rent to own and nation wide foreclosure. I was yelled at and told their homes are not in foreclosure.  Also they have the BBB listed on their website but the BBB does not have them listed.  Just now I got another email from them but from another name.  Fishy-----
