I just came across this website, just by typing in Homecoming Financial in order to go to their website to download the paperwork again to print out another loan modification application. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Back in May (this year 09) while behind on my mortgage payments. I also was told that a modification plan would work for me. To make a long story short also, I submitted the paperwork back in May and was given a repayment plan that did lower my payments until the modification was approved, of which I was told would take 60 to 90 days from the day they receive all paperwork.

Now it's July, after several in-between calls and multiple faxes of the same paperwork, I am now being told to submit the paperwork all over again. Each time I called, to get an update there was also information missing such as verification of income. After several attempts and phone calls to rectify this situation I am now told to submit all the paperwork over again. I am tired and highly frustrated with this situation of dealing with these people who care of anyone keeping their homes. Any suggestions as to a class action law suit will be helpful or any other advise anyone could give.
