A year ago Homecomings stated that they were putting us in foreclosure, unless we started sending them $1200. a month for our mortgage. They insisted that we were 3months behind even though the payments were paid faithfully every month. Since we couldn't come up with the cancelled cks to prove them wrong, we agreed to the terms. We were told that after a year of paying them $1200 each month, they would cancel the foreclosure that they had placed on our home. This time we have kept all of our receipts and paid by quick collect (which by the way only accepts cash). Needless to say, we have to yet to get a billing statement from them. Last month we got a letter from the quick collect company stating that our payment was refused by Homcomings. After being on hold for at least 20 minutes, my husband finally talked to a Maureen who stated that they company had been holding our payments, because the January payment (which was paid by quick collect) had bounce. She had no reason why they stated that the payment bounced. She was supposed to get everything straighten out and send a letter stating this. She had all the right answers "oh , we're so sorry. It was a misunderstanding" "I will be talking to the underwriters and see if we can get your interest rate dropped down to 6% and get the payments current". Instead what we got was a letter from HPI stating that Homecomings AKA GMAC Mortgage is foreclosing our home and that they can help get us on another payment plan. I work for an insurance office and we are not the first people that this has happened to. I was on another web sight a couple of weeks ago were people were filing the same complaints. It is always the same story with Homecomings, that is if you can get through to anyone. I am at my wits end with this company. If there is anyone who can either advise me on what to do or in a current law suit, we are interested.

Validation of debt

AUTHOR: Fed Up - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 05, 2008

Hello -

The first rebuttal is on point. Make them show where they literally gave you the funds to purchase your home? I too have stopped my foreclosure - they can not produce the NOTE nor can they prove that they had a LOSS of MONEY to demand money from you.

So don't just sit there...ask them to validate the debt...this loan system is full of fraud...it's a great delusion and you must know the process of the banking world to stop them....

Please believe me when I say...you own your house...you just don't know it...
you funded your own loan and didn't realize it...they are trying to steal your home from you - because they created the illusion to you that they loan funds to you and that is the GREAT LIE...they did not!

The blood suckers have stolen millions of millions of people's homes in forclosures...
it's time to stop them but WE as consumers MUST stop believing what they tell us and research and learn banking process to be WELL informed of our banking transactions.

HERE IS A NEWS FLASH...BANKS DON'T LEND MONEY.... search the web for this:
" modern money mechanics" it's a publication written by the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK telling you that ..banks don't lend MONEY...read page 6 very careful...it's the DIAMOND you have been longing for to free yourself....

Good luck and stay strong in this fight...

IT'S TIME WE STOPPED THEM!!!

Lost Notes

AUTHOR: Bobbie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, May 18, 2008

Homecomings and their partner in crime Deustche Bank have illegally tried to foreclose on us three times now. The latest involves them being unable to locate the Note yet claiming ownership. Read your papers carefully as this may be a legal defense for all those out there. Mortgage companies are no more allowed to play he said, she said then we are and foreclosures are being dismissed in at least five states due to this reason. Attempts to prove ownership through filing a Lost Note Affidavit is also not acceptable in court these days. They (the lender must provide the original note) in order to prevail.
