The same thing happened to me as to the lady in Pennsylvania. I checked my account this morning and discovered that they took two payments out instead of the 1 I had authorized. It made my account overdrawn and even more so when the bank added overdraft fees. When I called them this morning at 6:00 am when they are supposed to open, I could not reach anyone until after 7:00 am (we are both central time). I eventually got a supervisor who said that I had authorized both payments, which I had not. I had not been on their website on 5/25. "Norman" was very condesending and told me a check would be mailed this morning by Express Mail and that I may even have funds today. I called later in the day and spoke with "Kailey" and was told check was mailed. I check a third time at 5:30 pm and spoke with supervisor "Kay". She said the account was under review but that a check would not be mailed until tomorrow. I told her that was unacceptable since I will be out of town next week. She said she could do nothing. I told her she could wire the funds to which she responded it would take too long. I told her would only take a couple of minutes since I use to do wire transfers. She "apologized" but said she could do nothing more.

They appear to be a company of people who lie to their borrowers and could not care less about the trouble and stress they cause when the error is their's to start with. Steer clear of this company. We had no choice, our loan was sold to them.
