homeencounter kim heather alonda 9/11/2017 tree up rooted from hurracane erma the tree will fall on house no responce from homeencountr jacksonville Florida

Hi                                                                                                                                                                                                  i called homeencounter and put a work order in for a uprooted 60ft oke tree on 09/12/2017.  jea told me not to stay in the house it was unsafe and if i went in to stay in the back of the house.  i called homeencounter and told them the house was unsafe too live in they just dont care. as of 09/12/2017 to10/08/2017  not one person came out to look at the tree / not one phone call from them.  they are charging me rent and late fees for a house that is unsafe too live in.   i need HELP cant keep living like this my wife and i are out of options.
