Former employee watched as the technicians failed to legally account for chemicals (un)used though the customer would be charged the full amount.  Work Orders are incomplete and lacking Service Technician's details.  

Worse: company demands that the consumer be setup with auto-pay as though no other options exist yet this is only to increase the commissions of the sales staff.

As a current employee of Home Front, I can attest that the company doesn't now, nor has it ever, required customers to be auto billed for services. We actually have a number of payment options available. It is true that the company salesmen get an extra commission for signing up with auto pay (this commission is only available when the customer FIRST signs up with the service, not if they change their payment options later on). This is not uncommon for businesses at all, think of gym memberships, cell phone contracts, etc. Maybe half of all of our customers are being auto billed, and the rest just pay at their convenience. Payment has never been required at the time the technician services the home.

Furthermore, it is completely false and inaccurate that consumers are charged for unused product. Every single customer of Home Front's is charged a set rate for services and they pay for a warranty which allows them unlimited services at the home, as well as unlimited amount of product used. You can ask any one of our satisfied customers how flexible we are with payment options and how they pay a fixed rate for the SERVICE, and not the products used. 

Home Front also has an A rating with the BBB and numerous positive online reviews.

   All services provided by Home Front Pest Control are within state regulations for reporting chemicals used. These are all recorded in writing and a copy is provided to the customer. By California state law these records are required to be kept for a minimum of 3 years. 
   Auto Pay is used as a convenient option for all of our customers. Although not utilized by all, we have a healthy percentage that wish to pay the technician at time of service with Cash or Check. We offer an array of payment options so each customer can pick and chose the method that suits them best.
   Our sales staff make the same "commissions" no matter the payment method selected. I can see this complaint came from a "Former Employee". If there are ever any issues with our reporting or payment options offered we always encourage our customers to call in and we can make arrangements to satisfy their needs.
