I contacted this company for a refinance of my home loan. I was told that I would get a call two days after sending all the documents to initiate the process. However, I did not receive any call and I sent an email to the loan agent about the status. I did not receive any reply to my email for another week. When I sent another email, I received a terse one line reply saying that they had a backlog. As a result, I asked them to cancel the transaction. But they have gone ahead and charged me the $400 fee ob 4/16/2010. Be careful and do not sign the 'lock agreement'. Almost all other major mortgage brokers will process your loan without such an agreement which is akin to fleecing a customer.
